Do I Qualify for a property? 

Requirements for submitting an Application

  • Application fee is $60 per adult residing in the home (anyone over 18 years old), each must submit a separate application 
  • Provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income for each applicant.
  • Provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. 
  • You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income.
  • Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
  • We run applications on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
  • Application is not considered "COMPLETE" until every co-signer has submitted their application. 
  • If another application is completely submitted, we will proceed with the first COMPLETED application.
  • The Application scoring sheet, is a good reference to see how we process all applications, please call us if you have any further questions on this process.
  • Applicant understands and acknowledges that a false statement made herein is grounds for denial of rental to applicant. Any statement herein may be construed as a condition precedent to any binding lease agreement of contract between applicant and tenant.
